What the radar listens to.
Every coin launched on pump.fun and every graduation to the DEX arrives the moment it happens. We sort each one by narrative, watch its bonding curve fill, and add it all up.
Narratives
Each launch is sorted into up to two themes (cats, AI, politics, Halloween…) by the words in its name and ticker. A coin that matches nothing still counts toward the totals.
The radar
Every blip is a coin launched in the last hour, placed in its narrative's slice. The closer to the centre, the more of its bonding curve has filled. Gold blips in the middle graduated in the last three hours. The slices are sized by how many coins each narrative launched this hour.
The read on a coin
Point at a coin on the radar (or tap it) to see what the data says about it. Each line is a fact, marked + for a strength or ! for a caution, and the label on top weighs them up:
- Graduation speed. Under a minute usually means the creator's own wallets bought the whole curve at launch. Coins that take ten minutes or more have held up better.
- After graduating. Whether the coin is still worth more than when it graduated, and how the last day's graduates have done overall. Most fall well below.
- The creator. A big buy at launch, or many coins launched by the same wallet in a day.
- Copycats and rising words. Whether many creators launched the same ticker around the same time, whether this one was first, and whether its name uses a word that's suddenly everywhere.
- The curve. How fast it's filling, or whether it filled and then slid back.
- The narrative. Whether its theme graduates more or less often than average, and whether that theme's graduates have held up.
It describes what has happened, not what will. It is not financial advice.
The numbers
- Graduated: coins that filled their bonding curve and moved to the DEX in the window.
- Hit rate: of the coins launched in the last 24 hours, the share that graduated.
- Runners: coins that have filled at least 50% of their curve but haven't graduated.
- Momentum: launches in the last hour against the average hour before it. 2× means twice the usual rate.
- Rising words: words that at least four different creators used in coin names this hour, ranked by how far above their usual rate they are.
- Copycat waves: one ticker launched by four or more different creators in the last hour.
- Market temperature: bonding-curve volume, PumpSwap volume, coins bonding and launches, each against its normal level (normal scores 50, double 100, half 0), averaged with volume and bonding counting most. 65 and up is hot, below 40 is cold.
Where the data comes from
Launches and graduations come from pump.fun's public activity, through PumpPortal's free stream. Bonding-curve progress is read straight from Solana. Coins under an hour old are rechecked every five minutes, and older ones every 15 until they graduate or stall. Market caps after graduation come from GeckoTerminal. Daily trading volume for the market temperature comes from DefiLlama.
What's left out
Coins with slurs in their names are counted but never shown. Launches that never took off are dropped after 7 days.
A hot narrative is also where the most coins go to zero. Nothing here is financial advice. Before buying anything, run it through Coin X-Ray.
